Correction of Director's shareholding

In the course of preparing documentation in connection with the Company's proposed redomiciliation to the Isle of Man it came to light yesterday that through an administrative oversight no notification had been made of the purchase by Lee Feldman, a Director of the Company, of 12,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 420p per share at the time of the Company's IPO on 21 December 2004.  As a result, no reference to this shareholding has been made in the Company's subsequent published annual accounts or on the Company's website.  Mr Feldman has not dealt in the Company's shares since 21 December 2004.  His aggregate shareholding in the Company following this purchase was and remains 12,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.04% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
