Annual Report and Accounts

Gaming VC (AIM:GVC), a leading European online gaming company, today announces that printed copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2008 will be distributed to shareholders and depository interest holders on 1 May 2009 together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and form of proxy. An electronic copy of the Gaming VC Report and Accounts 2008 will be available on the same date on the Group’s website at www.gamingvc.com/html/investor/annual_report.asp
Notice of the AGM, together with Forms of Proxy (for shareholders) and Forms of Direction (for Depository Interest holders), are also being mailed and posted to the website at the same time.
The Group’s Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.00 a.m. on Tuesday 19 May 2009 at Gaming VC’s offices at 13-15 avenue de la Liberté, L-1931, Luxembourg.
