Declaration of a Special Dividend

The Board of GVC Holdings is pleased to declare a special dividend of €0.50 per GVC Holdings Share in line with its previous expectations. The special dividend will be paid on 28 June 2010 to Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 4 June 2010.
The Company’s issued share capital comprises 31,135,762 Ordinary Shares of €0.01 each.
