Kenneth (Kenny) Alexander (Chief Executive)
- Joined the Board in February 2007
- Formerly Finance Director, then Managing Director of Sportingbet's European operations
- Great success in developing new markets with gaming sites and cross-selling initiatives.
- Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland with early career experience at leading Accountants Grant Thornton
Richard Cooper (Group Finance Director)
- Spent the early part of his career in the money and stock markets where he was a finance director at Tullett Prebon and Fidelity.
- He was group financial director at a number of quoted companies, including the internet financial software supplier, Patsystems Group plc.
- In early 2005, he became a founding director of Trident Gaming plc, a special purpose vehicle set up to acquire and run internet gaming assets. Trident acquired Gamebookers, significantly increased its profitability and then sold it to PartyGaming plc for three times its acquisition price. Trident also owned a betting exchange "BetBug" and a stake in an online payment processor.
- The compiler and author of a soon to be released compendium on the finances of over 70 online gaming companies.

Lee Feldman (Non-executive Chairman)
- Partner Softbank Capital - US private equity fund focused on technology and media
- Extensive experience in private equity investing as well as corporate and business development
- Prior to Softbank Capital, Vice President of Corporate Development at Ziff-Davis which was controlled by Softbank and prior to its sale in a series of transactions was a New York Stock Exchange listed media company focused on technology with annual revenue in excess of $1b
- Prior to Ziff-Davis, member of senior management team of two leveraged roll-ups
- Began career as corporate lawyer practicing with a major New York City law firm
- BA and JD, Columbia University
Karl Diacono (NED)
- Experienced in the corporate, hospitality and online gaming sector, both in Malta and internationally
- Held senior executive and non executive positions in a number of privately owned companies in Malta, Italy and Cyprus.
- Currently CEO of Fenlex Corporate Services Limited, managing director of Impetus Europe Consulting Group and a non executive director of various on-line gaming companies.
- A Director of Gaming VC Corporation Limited, a Maltese subsidiary of Gaming VC S.A. to which Fenlex Corporate Services Limited also provides certain payroll and administrative services.
Nigel Blythe-Tinker (NED, UK)
- GVC Non-executive Chairman from the IPO on December 2004 through November 2006
- Group Company Secretary/Head of Legal at William Hill plc 1999-2004
- Successful flotation of William Hill at enterprise value of £1.49bn
- Discharge of US high yield debt and financial restructuring of business
- Was responsible to William Hill board for corporate governance and regulatory compliance
